This study compares the lifespan, detail replication, and demolding performance of RTV2 silicone molds with those of polyurethane, latex, and plaster molds, providing a basis for material selection decisions for cultured stone and wall tile factories.
In the large-scale production of cultured stone and wall tiles, the choice of mold material directly affects production costs and product quality. RTV2 silicone outperforms polyurethane rubber, natural latex, and plaster molds in several key indicators.
For stone factories in Central Asia and Russia, where operating environments are more demanding, RTV2 silicone sealant offers significant advantages in terms of overall cost of use and product quality consistency.
