HN-6607 is an ultra-soft, low-crosslinking-density, two-part silicone gel designed for protecting delicate electronic components. It cures into a transparent, extremely soft gel that effectively buffers stress, providing excellent moisture, dust resistance, sealing performance, and stable dielectric insulation, making it ideal for applications with stringent hardness requirements.

2. Accurately weigh Components A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

3. Mix thoroughly until the color is uniform.

4. Pour the mixed compound into the components requiring protection.

5. Recommended curing: 20-30 minutes at 120°C.

- Always test adhesion on a small area before full-scale application.

- Seal Components A and B immediately after use to prevent moisture absorption or contamination.

1. Q: How soft is HN-6607 after curing?

A: It is extremely soft, with a Shore A hardness between 0-10, similar to jelly, providing excellent cushioning.

 

2. Q: Can it cure at room temperature?

A: It is a medium-temperature curing system. Heating at 120°C is recommended for optimal performance. While it can eventually cure at room temperature, the process is very slow and performance may not meet specifications.

 

3. Q: Is it corrosive to PC materials?

A: It is generally safe for common plastics like PC, but we strongly recommend conducting a compatibility test before use.

 

4. Q: How should unused mixed material be stored?

A: Unused material should not be stored. Components A and B must be kept in their original, tightly sealed containers in a cool place.

 

5. Q: How to clean application tools?

A: Use alcohol  to clean tools before the material cures. Once cured, mechanical removal is required.
