Main feature of platinum silicone:
below are advantages of our silicone rubber:
1. Good fluidity, easy operation, and easy demolding;
2. The mold produced does not deform and has advantages such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance;
3. High tear resistance, good tensile strength, reusable mold, and multiple mold turns;
4. Low shrinkage rate (≤ 0.1%), capable of rapid curing at room temperature, and performance can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
Application of platinum silicone:
1. Food and Baking Molds: e.g., molds for chocolates, cakes, and candies.
2. Medical and Maternal/Infant Product Molds: e.g., prototype development and mold fabrication for baby pacifiers, teething toys, and silicone tableware, as well as the creation of simulated skin models.
3. High-End Craft and Cultural/Creative Molds: e.g., molds for aromatic candles, handmade soaps, and epoxy resin casting.
Packing and shipping of platinum silicone:
50Kg/set (A component 25Kg +B component 25Kg)
Packed in iron drum or plastic drum, transported as non-dangerous goods, sealed at room temperature 25°C, and protected from acid and alkali impurities, the storage period is 12 months.
