Main feature :

1. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, tasteless, non-corrosive, passed FDA food grade, MSDS, ROSH and other certifications.

2. Low viscosity, good fluidity, convenient operation and easy pouring; it can be cured at room temperature or heated.

3. Excellent physiological inertia, waterproof, ozone resistance and aging resistance, high tensile toughness, and many mold turning times.

4. High chemical stability, high and low temperature resistance, can be used for a long time and maintain its performance at -55°C to 220°C.

5. No low molecules are released during the cross-linking process, so the volume remains unchanged, the shrinkage rate is as low as 0.1%, and the precision is high.

Packed in iron drum or plastic drum, transported as non-dangerous goods, sealed at room temperature 25°C, and protected from acid and alkali impurities, the storage period is 12 months.


Precautions :

1. Do a small amount of testing before use, and then put it into use.

2. Do not add color or powder to the silica gel at will before testing. Do not contact with water, acid, alkali or other organic matter containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen, so as not to affect the curing of silica gel.

3. This product is a platinum catalyst silica gel, which cannot be in contact with condensation type silica gel. Before using the silica gel, tools and containers need to be cleaned with thinner water.

         4. If you need to color, please add the color paste to component B by 2/1000, and stir evenly.
