1. Custom Formulation Development: We have a 3,000-square-meter R&D center with a 30+ R&D team, of which 60% are graduate students. We can solve specific needs for customers, such as: specific physical properties (hardness, viscosity, elongation, tear strength), electrical properties (insulation, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity), environmental tolerance (high temperature, low temperature, UV, chemicals, humidity), special requirements (flame retardant, medical grade, food grade, low volatility, halogen-free, fast curing, etc.).

1) Clearly explain the sample application process (online application link/form).
2) Clarify the sample policy (free/charged, quantity limit, delivery time).
3) Emphasize the provision of standard products or customized formula samples that meet the requirements.
4) Explain that the samples are accompanied by necessary technical documents.
4. Low Volume Production & Flexible Ordering
1) Emphasize that it can meet the needs of customers for new product development, trial production, and small batch orders without the pressure of minimum order quantity (MOQ) for large-scale production.
