I. Preparation

Prepare the necessary tools and materials, including an electronic scale, mixer, silicone, hardener, release agent, and mold guards.

II. Mixing Silicone and Hardener

Using an electronic scale, weigh the appropriate amounts of silicone and hardener according to the recommended ratio (usually 100:2).
Place the weighed silicone and hardener into a container and mix thoroughly with a mixer or by hand, ensuring there are no particles or unmixed parts.

III. Vacuuming to Remove Air Bubbles

Place the mixed silicone into a vacuum chamber for vacuum treatment to remove air bubbles. The vacuuming time should not be too long to prevent premature curing of the silicone.
During the vacuuming process, carefully observe the state of the silica gel. If boiling occurs, do not panic; this is normal. After vacuuming is complete, release the vacuum pump and allow the air bubbles in the silica gel to disappear naturally.

IV. Applying or Pouring Silicone

Spray a layer of release agent evenly onto the cultured stone mold (master mold) and surrounding panels to prevent the silicone from sticking to the mold.
Pour the de-air-trapped silicone onto the product using either brushing or pouring. If brushing, ensure even application without any dead spots; if pouring, slowly pour the silicone into the mold, shaking occasionally to remove internal air.

V. Curing and Demolding

Allow the silicone to fully cure according to its curing time. During this period, avoid touching or moving the mold to prevent affecting the curing effect.
After the silicone has cured, gently remove the surrounding panels and release agent, and remove the finished cultured stone. Handle with care during demolding to avoid damaging the cultured stone.

VI. Post-processing and Maintenance

The finished cultured stone can be sanded, colored, or otherwise processed as needed to enhance its aesthetics and practicality.
After use, clean the tools and molds promptly to avoid silicone residue affecting future use. Store the silicone and hardener in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
