New energy vehicle PTC heater control module potting

Application Scenario and Pain Points: The PTC water heater is the heat source for electric vehicle air conditioning. Its control module is located in close proximity to the high-temperature heat source, exposed to extremely high ambient temperatures, and requires absolute waterproofing to prevent short circuits.

Solution: A 1:1 potting seal is applied to the control board using high-temperature-resistant (long-term temperature resistance >150°C) silicone, sealing the entire control board within a "protective capsule."
