Application Scenario: Data collection and wireless transmission nodes for soil moisture sensors and weather stations deployed in fields (monitoring temperature, humidity, light, and rainfall).

Challenges: Long-term exposure to sunlight and rain, corrosion from chemicals and fertilizers in the soil, condensation, and the requirement for low power consumption for battery-powered systems.

Solution: The entire sensor data acquisition board and LoRa/NB-IoT communication module are potted in a sealed enclosure.

Core Value: Provides ultimate environmental protection for unattended IoT nodes, resisting chemical corrosion and UV degradation. Condensation-induced short circuits are prevented, ensuring continuous data upload. The electrical properties of silicone rubber have minimal impact on RF signals, not affecting wireless communication range.
