The thermal conductivity of ordinary silicone gel is low (about 0.1-0.3 W/m·K), but there are a large number of thermally conductive silicone gels on the market. By adding fillers such as aluminum oxide and boron nitride, the thermal conductivity can reach 1.0-3.0 W/m·K or even higher, meeting the heat dissipation needs of power components.
