Silicone gels have a wide viscosity range, from a few hundred mPa·s to tens of thousands of mPa·s. For PCBs with complex structures and tiny gaps, low-viscosity products (e.g., 500-2000 mPa·s) should be selected to ensure good leveling and permeability. For large, simple cavities or areas requiring localized encapsulation, medium- to high-viscosity products can be selected to prevent runny surfaces.
