Product Description

HN-5508 Epoxy Potting Compound at room temperature or low temperature, with low viscosity, longoperating time, good fluidity, and easy penetration intothe clearance ofthe product; no bubbles after curing,smooth surface, luster, high hardness; curing materialshave good acid and alkali resistance, moisture-proof,moisture and air aging; curing materials have excellentinsulation, compressive resistance and bonding strength.Any electronic or other products that require perfusion sealing, packaging protection, insulation and moisture resistance can be used.

Application scope

HN-5508 is widely used for transformers, resistors,filters,temperature sensors, temperature controllers, andpoint wires ring, high pressure package, aquarium
equipment, anion generator, ultrasonic atomizer
electronic and electrical appliances and other
components requiring insulation, flame retardant and
temperature resistance. It has flame retardant insulation,sealing bonding, moisture-proof earthquake resistancetemperature resistance and other main functions.

Instructions:

1. Stir component A evenly manually or mechanically before mixing; shake sealed component B fully prior to use.

2.  Verify adhesion compatibility with target substrates before formal application.

3. Mix A and B evenly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir sufficiently before potting. 
 

Package:

This product is packed in 40kg per set, including 20kg barrel of Component A and 20kg barrel of Component B.

 


Storage and transportation:
 

1. Store in cool dry environment. Shelf life: 6 months at 25℃.

2. Inspect for abnormalities before using expired products.

3. Keep A and B components tightly sealed; prevent leakage during transit.

4. Non-hazardous goods, acceptable for regular chemical transportation.
