Product Overview for silicone potting compound:

HN-8806, two-component addition type silicone potting rubber which can be cured into high-performance elastomer by room temperature or heating. This potting silicone rubber has excellent electrical insulation, high moisture resistance, and a wide temperature range of -50°C to 250°C. Low-viscosity potting compound that Will cure in deep sections. Low shrinkage rate after curing, will not emit heat and by-products, no corrosion for filling and sealing components. No pollution in the surrounding environment, Complying with RoHs standards. Its good thermal conductivity function can effectively transfer the heat emitted by the electronic components.

Product Applications for silicone potting compound:

This product is widely used in the potting and sealing of electronic components, such as various power modules, circuit boards, high-voltage transformers, battery packs, fast-charging adapters, LED outdoor drive power and other products. Flame retardant, anti-environmental pollution, anti-vibration, protection of circuits and components, waterproof and thermal conductivity, LED lamps moisture-proof protection.

 

Usage Instructions for silicone potting compound:

1. When in use, mix components A and B evenly. Weigh components A and B according to the specified proportion. Thoroughly and evenly mix them using a clean stirring device in a clean container, after which potting can commence. Alternatively, the mixture can be sealed under vacuum following degassing.

2. The surface of the potting element must be cleaned. For large potting products, it is recommended to perform potting in stages, followed by curing at room temperature (4-12 hours) or via heating (80°C for 0.5 hours).

3. For automatic potting production lines, to ensure an accurate mixing ratio of A and B, Part A and Part B should be individually vacuum-degassed (degassing time: 5-10 minutes). Subsequently, A and B should be pumped to a static mixer in proportion using a metering pump, and potting can proceed after uniform mixing.
