It achieves a thermal conductivity of 3.0 W/m·K by incorporating a high-density filling of highly conductive powders—such as aluminum oxide and aluminum nitride—within a silicone matrix. It combines the inherent flexibility and insulating properties of silicone with exceptional heat dissipation capabilities.
