Rtv Silicone Liquid Silicone Rubber Molding Tin Cured Silicone Two Part For Plaster Mold Gypsum
Description of Tin Cure Silicone Rubber
HN-620 A/B is a two-component liquid silicone material. Two components are mixed in a ratio of 100:2. This product is cured at room temperature.
Component A is a flowable liquid silicone, while Component B is a curing agent (vulcanizing agent) that can be quickly formed by mixing the two.
The main components of condensed silicone rubber mold liquid include: polysiloxane (raw rubber) with hydroxyl end groups and partial side groups, fillers, crosslinking agents, and vulcanization accelerators.
Features of tin cure silicone rubber:
Characteristics of silicone rubber molds:
1. Silicone rubber has good simulation performance, strength, and extremely low shrinkage rate.
2. The mold making method is simple and feasible, and can be cured at room temperature. Silicone rubber molds have good elasticity and can be directly removed after casting and shaping the concave and convex parts.
3. Silicone rubber molds can withstand repeated use, maintain the prototype of the parts, and can produce products in small batches. Mold modification is also very convenient.
4. Metal inserts and other parts can also be added to the mold, and the finished product can also be electroplated and painted.
5. No need for any release agent (polyvinyl chloride resin products can be smoothly molded thousands of times).
