RTV2 Tin Cure Liquid Silicone Rubber for Polyurethane & Vacuum Casting — HN-620 A/B

HN-620 A/B is a tear-resistant, two-component RTV2 tin cure (condensation cure) liquid silicone rubber mixed at 100:2 and vulcanized at room temperature. With high tear strength, low shrinkage and good fluidity, it is widely used to build durable molds for polyurethane casting, vacuum casting, prototyping and foundry pattern reproduction, as well as for stone, gypsum and decorative construction molds.

  • Tear-resistant, high and low temperature resistant, acid & alkali resistant, aging resistant
  • Low linear shrinkage (≤0.2%, i.e. ≤2‰) for precise, repeated reproduction of fine detail
  • High tear strength 19.8–24.3 kN/m — mold can be turned over many times with long service life
  • Good fluidity, self-leveling, easy bubble release and easy demolding; finished part will not turn white
  • Non-toxic and odorless; ROHS & SGS certified
  • Color, hardness, viscosity and operating time can be adjusted on request (OEM/ODM)
