RTV2 Brush-On Tin Cure Liquid Silicone Rubber for Architectural Restoration & GFRC Molds — HN-620 A/B

HN-620 A/B is an industrial-grade RTV2 tin cure (condensation cure) liquid silicone rubber, mixed at 100:2 and vulcanized at room temperature. With high impact resistance, high tear strength, low shrinkage and good fluidity, it is well suited to brush-on and poured molds for architectural restoration, GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) production, brick carving and large decorative construction elements.

  • Acid & alkali resistance and aging resistance for long-lasting outdoor mold use
  • Low linear shrinkage (≤0.2%, i.e. ≤2‰) for faithful reproduction of fine ornament detail
  • Suitable for brush-on application on large, vertical or complex architectural surfaces
  • Good fluidity and self-leveling; easy demolding, finished part will not turn white
  • Non-toxic and odorless; ROHS & SGS certified; hardness / viscosity / color adjustable (OEM/ODM)
