HN-620 A/B is a two-component, tin-catalyzed RTV2 condensation cure liquid silicone rubber specially developed for flexible, high-precision mold production. Activated by a tin catalyst and mixed at 100:2–3, it vulcanizes at room temperature and delivers ultra-fine pattern replication with remarkable tear resistance for high-volume, repeatable mass production mold making.
Distinct from platinum-cured (addition-cure) silicones, this condensation-cure silicone offers zero cure inhibition: it cures completely even in contact with difficult substrates such as sulfur-containing clay, timber, 3D-printing resin and gypsum. It is a highly reliable and cost-efficient alternative to platinum silicone for industrial and craft mold making. A full technical data sheet (TDS) and MSDS are available on request.
