This 1:1 AB two-component squishy silicone gel is a platinum-cured (addition-cure) liquid silicone that vulcanises to a super soft, gel-like elastic material. Platinum cure means low by-products, no odour and food grade safety, while the formula is aging-resistant and acid-alkali-resistant for a long, stable service life. It is widely used to make and fill women’s breast pads and other soft skin contact products.

• Mix Ratio: A:B = 1:1 by weight
• Viscosity: 11000 cps (Part A), 9000 cps (Part B), 10000 cps after mixing
• Penetration: 300-400 (1/10 mm)
• Relative Density: 1.0-1.12 (A), 0.98-1.02 (B)
• Curing Condition: 20 minutes at 80-100°C, or about 8 hours at room temperature
• Degassing: 0.08 MPa for 5 minutes
• Hardness: Super soft gel
