Mixing & Application

1. Pre-mix: shake Component B (curing agent) well; stir Component A if filler has settled.
2. Weigh A and B at exactly 100:2 by weight — do not under- or over-dose the curing agent.
3. Mix thoroughly, scraping the container walls and bottom for complete dispersion.
4. Degas under vacuum (no more than 10 minutes) to remove trapped air.
5. Pour or brush onto the master pattern within the 30-40 min pot life.
6. Cure at room temperature for 12-24 h; leave 24 h before demolding and first use for stable performance.
