This HN-E640 is a two-component, dual cure (room-temperature or heat-accelerated) addition-cure platinum liquid silicone rubber supplied in a 1:1 mix ratio by weight. With a 40 ± 2 Shore A hardness, 6.0 MPa tensile strength and linear shrinkage of ≤ 0.1%, it reproduces the finest surface detail of architectural concrete, GRC, 3D wall panels and veneer stone moulds while keeping the mould dimensionally stable over many casting cycles.

Catalyst poisoning warning: this addition-cure (platinum) silicone may fail to cure in contact with organotin, sulfur/polysulfide, amine, polyurethane, phosphorus compounds, organic acids or solder flux residues. Keep all substrates, tools and containers clean and free of these contaminants, and do not mix with tin-cure (condensation) silicone residues.
As a China-based silicone manufacturer and factory-direct supplier, we support bulk wholesale, export volume orders and custom OEM / ODM projects. Hardness (0–60 Shore A), viscosity, colour, pot life and curing time can all be tailored to your application. Free samples are available for evaluation, with fast sample turnaround and stable bulk lead times.

1. Q: What is the mix ratio and cure schedule of this dual cure silicone rubber?
A: Mix Components A and B in a 1:1 ratio by weight. Pot life is 30–40 minutes at 25 °C; it cures at room temperature in 3–4 hours, or heat-accelerated at 80–100 °C in 20 minutes or less.
2. Q: Is it suitable for architectural concrete, GRC and 3D wall panel moulds?
A: Yes. At 40 Shore A with 6.0 MPa tensile strength, 14 kN/m tear strength and ≤ 0.1% shrinkage, it is well suited to architectural concrete, GRC/GFRC, 3D wall panels, veneer stone and other rigid, high-wear moulds.
3. Q: How do I choose the right hardness grade?
A: The HN-E6XX series spans 0–60 Shore A. Softer 0–20 A suits delicate and food-contact moulds, 25–40 A suits general crafts, resin and GRC, while 40–60 A suits rigid, high-wear architectural and concrete moulds. Parameters can be customised on request.
4. Q: How can I avoid platinum catalyst poisoning?
A: Keep substrates, tools and containers free of organotin, sulfur/polysulfide, amines, polyurethane, phosphorus compounds, organic acids and solder flux residues, and never mix with tin-cure silicone residues.
5. Q: What are the MOQ, lead time and packaging?
A: MOQ is 20 kg. Samples ship in 3–5 days and bulk orders in 10–15 days. A and B are packed in 10/20/25 kg drums, or 20/40/50 kg per kit set. Certifications: FDA, MSDS, RoHS, REACH. Free samples are available.
