30 Shore A Food Grade Platinum Cure Silicone Rubber for Cement Wall Tile, Brick Veneer and Mosaic Molds

Hanast HN-E630 is a food grade addition-cure (platinum-catalysed) liquid silicone rubber at 30 Shore A, built for cement wall tile, brick veneer and mosaic mold making. Components A and B are mixed 1:1 by weight and cure in 3-4 hours at room temperature or in 20 minutes or less at 80-100 °C. The 30 Shore A hardness holds tile thickness and edge sharpness, while 470% elongation and 16 kN/m tear strength give the stretch needed to release brick texture, grout lines and mosaic undercuts without cracking. Linear shrinkage is 0.1% or less, so every tile in a production run matches the master. The cured rubber is eco friendly, odourless, non-toxic and certified to FDA, MSDS and RoHS, which also makes the same material usable for food-contact molds.

Mixing and Application

1. Pre-mix: stir Components A and B separately until uniform.
2. Weighing: weigh A and B at exactly 1:1 by weight on a precision scale.
3. Mixing: mix 2-3 minutes, scraping the container walls and bottom.
4. Degassing: vacuum degas to remove air and avoid pinholes on tile faces.
5. Pouring: pour within the 30-40 min pot life and brush the pattern first for deep grout lines.
6. Curing: cure 3-4 h at 25 °C or 20 min or less at 80-100 °C, then demold after full cure.

Packaging, Storage and Supply

• Components A and B: 20 kg / 25 kg iron or plastic drums; kits 20 kg / 40 kg / 50 kg per set.
• Store sealed below 25 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated area away from acids, alkalis and direct sunlight; shelf life 12 months unopened.
• Non-dangerous goods for transport; factory-direct OEM/ODM supply with MSDS and TDS documentation for every lot.
