Liquid silicone raw materials are widely used in industries that come into direct contact with food due to their advantages such as:

When purchasing mold silicone raw materials, the color and hardness can be customized in consultation with the manufacturer. The curing time at room temperature (around 25 degrees Celsius) is approximately 3-5 hours. Of course, a fast-drying formula is also possible, curing in 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Generally, it's cured in an oven. But what if a customer doesn't have an oven? In that case, it will have to cure slowly at room temperature. If you purchase our HANAST mold silicone raw materials, we can adjust the curing time to a slow-curing formula, allowing you ample time for operation (72 hours without curing).

However, for mass production, we recommend using an oven. Typically, heating to around 100 degrees Celsius will fully cure the silicone in about 10 minutes.
