Application Guide

1. Weigh Part A and Part B at a precise 10:1 ratio by weight using an electronic scale
2. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until uniformly blended; vacuum degas for 3-5 minutes to eliminate bubbles
3. Pour slowly into prepared component housing within 30-60 minute pot life at 25°C
4. Allow to cure at room temperature for 4-8 hours for full cure, or accelerate at 80°C for 30 minutes
5. Cured material remains flexible and repairable — components can be accessed and replaced if needed
