Automotive Thermal Grease Paste for EV Battery and Electronic Module Cooling

HN100 is a non-curing silicone-based thermal grease paste with 1.0 W/mK thermal conductivity, developed for automotive electronics and EV thermal management. Based on high-purity organic silicon material, it almost never solidifies and stays in a paste-like state for long-term use from -40°C to 180°C, providing durable heat dissipation for EV battery modules, electronic control units and power components.
