This two-component soft silicone potting compound is engineered for the stress-free protection of sensitive PCB boards. With a 10:1 mix ratio, a long 40–60 minute pot life and room-temperature curing, it delivers a forgiving, easy-to-control process for prototypes, high-mix low-volume runs and precision modules. Cured at 30–40 Shore A, the elastic, reworkable and repairable encapsulant cushions components against vibration and thermal stress while allowing clean peel-off and removal during maintenance.
