Hanast E620 Platinum Series is a two part food grade platinum cure liquid silicone rubber engineered for high-precision mold making and food-safe casting. Based on an addition-cure (platinum) system with a simple 1:1 mix ratio by weight, it delivers ultra-low shrinkage and a long working life for repeated casting cycles.

• Ultra-Low Shrinkage (≤ 0.1%) – Excellent dimensional accuracy for complex, high-precision mold geometries.
• High Tear Strength (13 ± 2 kN/m) – Extended mold service life and clean demolding.
• 1:1 Mix Ratio by Weight – Foolproof mixing, minimizing ratio errors in production.
• Room Temperature Cure – Cures at 25°C within 4 hours; heat-accelerated to 20 minutes at 80–100°C.
• Custom OEM Formulation – 0–60 Shore A hardness range (E600–E660 series) and tailored viscosity/pot life for OEM projects.
