This 20 Shore A food grade platinum cure (addition-cure) 1:1 liquid silicone rubber is a two-component mold-making silicone supplied as HN-E620 in the HN-E6XX series. Mixing & Application

1. Pre-mix: stir Components A and B thoroughly before use to ensure homogeneity.
2. Weigh A and B at exactly 1:1 by weight using a precision scale.
3. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, scraping the container walls and bottom.
4. Degas under vacuum to remove entrapped air for bubble-free molds.
5. Pour into the clean, dry mold frame within the 30-40 min pot life.
6. Cure at room temperature for 3-4 h, or heat at 80-100°C for ≤20 min; demold after full cure.
