This two-component RTV addition-cure silicone potting compound uses a 1:1 mix ratio and cures fast at room temperature, or in about 0.2 hour at 80°C, into a high-performance grey elastomer. Engineered for high-voltage electrical insulation, it combines a 18-25 kV/mm dielectric strength and 1.0x1016 ohm.cm volume resistivity with 0.76 W/m·K thermal conductivity and a wide -50°C to +250°C range. It is ideal for potting and sealing EV battery inverters, power modules, high-voltage transformers, fast-charging adapters and LED drivers.
