5G Communication Silicone Potting Compound 1:1 High Voltage for RF Power Module

This SGS certified, two-component RTV addition-cure silicone potting compound is engineered for 5G communication equipment and RF power modules. Using a 1:1 mix ratio, it cures at room temperature or in about 0.2 hour at 80°C into a durable grey elastomer with 50±5 Shore A hardness. It delivers high-voltage electrical insulation (dielectric strength 18-25 kV/mm, volume resistivity 1.0x1016 ohm.cm), 0.76 W/m·K thermal conductivity and a wide -50°C to +250°C range, protecting antenna units, base station modules and dense communication boards against heat, moisture and electrical stress.
