1. Pre-mix Component A gently; preheat to 30-50°C in cold weather for stable flow.
2. Weigh A and B at exactly 5:1 by weight, never by volume.
3. Mix slowly with a flat-bladed tool, scraping the walls 2-3 times to avoid entrained air.
4. Vacuum degas the mix if the adapter or ballast board is densely populated.
5. Preheat the assembly to 60-80°C for 1-2 hours to remove moisture before potting.
6. Pour within the pot life and cure undisturbed; do not stress the part until gelled.
