HN-8808 is a transparent two-component silicone potting compound that cures to a flexible 25 Shore A elastomer with outstanding substrate adhesion. Specifically engineered for outdoor electronics facing extreme thermal cycling from -57°C to 250°C, it maintains bond integrity and dielectric protection through seasonal temperature swings, UV exposure, and humidity. Full ODM customization available for hardness, viscosity, and adhesion profile.

Flexible Adhesive Bonding

Cures to a compliant Shore A 25 elastomer that flexes with the PCB and housing during thermal expansion and contraction. Strong primerless adhesion to aluminum, iron, acrylic, and PC substrates keeps moisture out while allowing the assembly to breathe through temperature swings—no cracking, no delamination, no rework.

-57°C to 250°C Extreme Range
