HN-8808 is a premium, two-component, low-viscosity liquid potting material engineered for high-performance protection. Featuring a foolproof 10:1 mix ratio by weight, this compound is specifically designed for demanding waterproof, moisture-proof, and shock-absorbing applications. At room temperature, it exhibits outstanding self-leveling properties, effortlessly flowing to fill micro-gaps and complex structural geometries. Upon curing, it transforms into a soft, pliable, and highly resilient rubber protective layer that delivers excellent weatherability and cushion protection.

 

 

Method of Application

1. Measurement & Mixing: Weigh the components strictly according to the A:B = 10:1 ratio by weight based on your required dosage. Pour them together and mix thoroughly.

2. Pouring: Gently pour the well-mixed compound into the mold from one side to avoid trapping air.

3. Defoaming: Pop or clear any bubbles remaining on the surface to ensure a smooth, aesthetic finish.

4. Room Temperature Cure (Adjustable): Allow the assembly to cure naturally at room temperature.
