Transparent silicone potting gel pcb waterproofing 1:1 jelly gel for load cell waterproof scale
Product Description of softness silicone gel:
The 1:1 silicone gel is a very soft, semi-solid material used for encapsulating electronics. It's made by mixing two parts (A and B) in equal amounts by volume or weight, and it cures through addition polymerization.

Advatanges of softness silicon gel :
Extremely low hardness ("jelly-like"): Unlike standard silicone rubber, 1:1 silicone gels do not become rigid after curing; their hardness is typically not measured using the standard Shore A scale but is instead expressed in terms of penetration (e.g., 30–100 × 0.1 mm). They exhibit a consistency resembling jelly, gel, or "sticky gummy candy." Self-adhesion and self-healing: They possess inherent surface tackiness, allowing them to adhere automatically to the vast majority of substrates. If the gel is pierced by a needle, it automatically heals and restores itself after the needle is withdrawn, maintaining its sealing and waterproofing integrity. Exceptional transparency: The vast majority of 1:1 silicone gels are colorless and transparent after curing, facilitating the visual inspection of internal components.
