Epoxy potting compounds are thermosetting encapsulants formulated with epoxy resin, curing agents, fillers and functional additives. They are offered in two types: two-part room-temperature curing and one-part high-temperature curing systems.

Application of epoxy resin potting:
Epoxy potting compounds are a prime choice for power module encapsulation. Featuring outstanding anti-aging and chemical resistance, they deliver reliable insulation. Good thermal conductivity accelerates heat dissipation, and thermal insulation safeguards internal parts.
After curing, the material boasts high hardness, great strength and low brittleness. It resists mechanical impact and vibration, while providing waterproof and dustproof performance to keep power modules stable and reliable.
Besides power modules, these compounds are also widely used for potting and insulation of diverse electronic parts and assemblies, including electronic transformers, AC capacitors, ion generators, aquarium pumps, ignition coils, motorcycle voltage regulators, display panels, communication cable connectors and other coils.
Storage and transportation
1. Store in a cool and dry place with a storage periodof 6 months (25℃ below)
2. Products beyond the storage period should be
confirmed whether there are any abnormalities before
being used.
3. Parts A and B of the colloid must be sealed and
preserved, with careful leakage during transportation!
4. This kind of products are non-dangerous goods
and can be transported as general chemicals.
