HN-8820 is a two-component addition-cure silicone potting compound delivering 2.0 W/m·K thermal conductivity with UL 94 V-0 flame retardant certification. Engineered for network transformer encapsulation, automotive power modules, and industrial electronics, this high-performance silicone provides superior electrical insulation (volume resistivity >5.0*10¹⁴ Ω·cm) with a convenient 1:1 mix ratio for easy processing. Operates reliably from -40°C to 150°C with excellent waterproof and anti-aging properties.
