3.0 W/mK High Dielectric Strength Silicone Potting Compound for EV Battery Inverter Encapsulation

This 3.0 W/m·K high-performance two-component silicone potting compound is engineered for demanding thermal management and electrical insulation in electric vehicles and power electronics. It combines high dielectric strength (>7 kV/mm), a wide operating temperature range of -50°C to 200°C and a low mixed viscosity for automated dispensing. The 1:1 mix ratio cures at room temperature or can be accelerated by heat, is UL94 V-0 flame rated, and is RoHS / REACH compliant and halogen-free. Custom formulations are available for specific encapsulant requirements.
