Low Viscosity Silicone Potting Compound 1:1 Deep Section Waterproof for Electronic Components

This two-component addition-cure silicone potting compound features a low-viscosity, high-flowability formulation that penetrates narrow gaps and cures reliably in deep sections without voids. Supplied in a 1:1 mix ratio, it cures into a flexible grey elastomer at 50±5 Shore A that is waterproof and highly moisture resistant, providing durable protection for LED, PCB and battery electronics. With 0.76 W/m·K thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation and a wide -50°C to +250°C range, it seals components against moisture, humidity and thermal stress while releasing no heat or corrosive by-products.
