This 1:1 addition-cure silicone gel is a very soft, semi-solid jelly material used for encapsulating electronics. Mixed in equal amounts by weight, Part A and Part B cure through addition polymerization into a transparent, self-adhesive gel with self-healing properties, providing reliable waterproof protection for load cells, waterproof scales and PCB assemblies.

• Viscosity: 800-2000 cps (Part A), 800-1800 cps (Part B), 800-1500 cps after mixing
• Mix Ratio: A:B = 1:1 by weight
• Operate Time: 2 hours at 25°C
• Curing: 20-30 minutes at 120°C
• Hardness: Shore A 0-10 (24 hours), penetration 200-400 (1/10mm)
